Recently My Toshiba External Hard drive Has Been Acting WeridItz USB and uses Hi-Usb 2.0 but for some reason The Hi-Usb thing has stopped working now it says when i turn it on *This Device Can Perform Faster On a Hi-USB Port)
But all my USB ports Are Hi-USBHas Any1 got any suggestions on how to fix this

Try connecting it to a different system. The problem might be the system, not the drive itself (unless you have other USB2.0 devices connected).
