I'm not sure what it is but if you go to gamefaqs.com or cheatcc.com they may have the codes.

I'm not finding the code on gscentral...who wants the European version anyway?? Silly PAL crap, 50 FPS instead of 60, worthless. I'd rather learn Japanese..
