intel integrated solutions use the cpu to render graphics, causing the cpu to get warmer.

it also puts further strain on the northbridge due to using system ram.

How much difference would memory in dual channel make with intergrated cards.

it doubles the bandwidth, but not enough to make a real difference

Ram is usually 64bit, and dual channel increases it to 128bit (or if you have a KT600. it uses a 128bit controller w/o dual channel)
