Tweaking SSF?

As the emulator improves, I have noticed it's getting slow on my machine. Maybe because SSF devs are leaving it to run fullspeed on dual core machines... well, my question is: is there any way to improve speeds on newer versions? Like messing with the numbers on the Program 2 and 3 tabs?

Older versions runs faster on my machine, but their compatibility are not the bests...

So, any ideas?

Use the EZ settings for that.
