The Legend of Zelda: Majora's mask problem

I just finished OoT, and decided to start off on Majora's mask, but a few problems occured. The intro sequence is slow and bad, but the rest of the movie sequences are just REALLY bad. FPS shows around 10 almost all the time, while the second it turns into game mode, everything runs smoothly.

I typed my specs in options so hope they'll show up, or else I'll edit the post.

    Hope anyone can help!

Oh, btw I installed the latest driver for my video card, and it helped the intro sequence a bit, but the others are still the same.

Use Jabo's Direct3D6 plugin, since it pretty much the only plugin that will work with Intel's integrated graphics chips.

I always say have at least an Intel 82852/82855 GM/GME controller or higher or your computer is getting too old.
    Processor: Phenom 9950+ 2.61GHz | Power Supply: 600w by OCZ, 4 +12v rails, 80 PLUS Bronze
    Operating System: Vista 64-bit SP2
Graphics Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 3870 with 1GB GDDR4
RAM: 4GB DDR2 1066 | Sound: Realtek HD Audio. Yeah, I actually hate Creative and their DRM and failed attempts at drivers. And my PHP poll code you see in my avatar is abysmal.
Hard drive: WD Caviar Black 500GB with 32MB cache
