I've never taken a shot at this; so I was wondering if anyone could tell me where to look for a How-to or maybe explain it themselves about re-graphicing games (ex. making them cel from low quality)
I know it's probably not easy but I really wanted to know about this; even if it'll never be a big thing for me~
