Why MY notebook FAST than MY desktop.PC.But Also cannot play in that speed^^

My Desktop PC specs:
P4-530
GeForce 6600GT 128M
512M DDR 400 RAM *2

FPS=20-30

My notebook Pc specs:
Dothan 1.6
ATI R9700M 64M
256M DDR333

FPS=30-60



I think this emu builder ..it`s use the ATI card...not NVIDIA

Could be because a P-M Dothan is generally faster than mid-to-low end single-core Netburst chips, especially in gaming applications.
