I've got a Dell E173FPV LCD monitor and for lack of knowledge the "back light" goes out. The monitor is still on and if you look really really close you can still see everything its just incredibly dark. If I turn the monitor off and the back on or disconnect and reconnect the VGA cable it comes back on though its for a random amount of time. One time it might be 15 minutes the next it might be 3 seconds.
Anyone have any ideas about what it might be and any info on fixing it
