How to get an N64 Adaptoid

Was interested in selling my Adaptoid, however I'm concerned about future availability. Considering that the manufacturer went out of business, are we ever going to see new Adaptoids ever again ?

They happen very sporadically. Ztnet took over production as far as I know, and every so often they make a very, very small run of them. I got mine a year ago this past March or somewhere around there.
