    Vigilante 8 PS1 problem

well since i cant find working bleem 1.5 or 1.6 for winXP i am forced to
    use only epsxe.

Problem with Vigilante 8 game (1st sequel) is that no matter what framerate
i choose (60, 100, 200) or auto frame skip, game stalls, it is slow like it is
playing on poor 10-15 fps. and i doubt that my pc cant run it since
i played Twisted metal 2 and 4 with no problem on my pc and V8 is that age.

i use Petes openGL plugin for gfx (tried with D3D too), nothing changes.
i also tried with Pete's CDR ASPI/IOCTL plugin for which i found that "solves" the problem, but not this.

    has anyone had simmiliar issues?

Which version of ePSXe are you using? The newer version (1.6.0) has some compatibility issues with various games... either try using the -noauto command with 1.6.0 or use the previous version of ePSXe.
