Where to find Jabo's 1.5?

I've been looking high and low for this so I can use it with Banjo-Tooie. It's not in the plugin archive, and Google has turned up nothing.

You'll only find it bundled with Project64. Jabo hasn't given his permission to distribute the plugin in any other way.
