Enter and Exit full-screen w/o keyboard

I have project64 up and running on my CarPC w/ an N64 controller. I'm using a touchscreen monitor for the video.

What I want to know is if there is a way to get in and out of fullscreen mode without the use of the keyboard? Is there a way I can make the program do it with, say, a double mouse click (double-tap on the touchscreen?) ?

    Any help appreciated

Depending on the games you play you could always use JoytoKey and map the Esc key to a button on your controller. If you have a second controller than you could use that one so you dont accidentally hit the button while you're playing.
Into this mysterious universe we are born, with no apparent set of instructions, no maps or equations, no signs or guideposts, nothing but our equally unfathomable instincts, intuitions, and reasoning abilities to tell us where we came from, why we are here, and what we are supposed to do. What we do possess - perhaps it is the key to our survival as a species - is an almost unquenchable need to know
