zelda oricon of time memory dump

I started to zelda oricon of time, ya Iknow it's little late but I just got the time to play it. The probelem is after I wnt in the a cave where I was supose to get the fire ruby after killing the bass the game jams up and after check the problem is the memoy is dump in 800000 adress or so I think so. is this becouse the rom or the emulation. for those who have finish playing zelda oricon of time please tell me so that I know that my rom is broken not the emution
