    Zelda oot / mm problems.

    Hi everybody.
I newly installed DirectX 9.0 (august 2006 release) and noticed this in OOT.

This was perfect before I installed the DirectX update.

And I'm getting slowdowns when I use "Lens of Truth" and warping from places in MM after I've re-format ( did I get it right? ) my computer.

But the good thing with the last update of DirectX, is that it allows me to play games without other slowdowns when Im playing windowed

By the way, I am useing Jabo's DD8 1.6 video plugin

    Thanks.

Since you have a low end integrated videocard I will recomend you to try the Jabo's 1.5.2 D3D6 plugins instead of jabo's 1.6

Here is a person that has the same video chip as yours.
I had the MM error, but I didn't care about it at all, you almost never ude the Lens of Truth in that game.
About the OoT one, I'd say that you should just try to use Jabo's 1.5.2 or another one inside of the "defaults" that are with the PJ64.
Also, I had a graphics problem because I had a too new version of the Intel drivers for the video chip so I had to get an older version. Try that, and let me know if it works or if it doesn't.

I had a old grapich driver and updatet to 6.14.10.4342 and both problem were fixed.

I know that Jabo's 1.5.2 D3D6 plugins gives me better result, but it runs slower...

So now I can enjoy both of the games while I'm sick and home from school =P

    Thank you guys!
