Hi!

First post =]

I just bought a Xbox 360 Controller for all my Emu stuff and it's working just fine!
But how can I enable force feedback support in Project 64 !?
I tried different plugins with Rumble Pak support, but it won't work...
Even the original driver from microsoft.com hasn't got an options menu or something like that...

Does anyone know how to fix that?

Greetings!

Btw. Ever tried playing SNES with that controller? Awesome :matrix:
(of course nothings better than an oldschool snes-controller)

Sorry, but I don't get it... what do you mean by "xinput" and which patch do you refer to?!
I tried both, the drivers from the CD of my retail version and the drivers one can download at microsoft.com...

Can you help a newbie out :flowers: ?

yup sure :)

Dinput = Direct Input
its the format that the Controller plugins are in, Jabo's and Nrages use this

the 360 controller drivers use Xinput, which is a new kind of controller format, which allows for the Trigger buttons to be mapped to a split axis

a split axis is where the triggers are on the same axis, but both register a command at the same time.

Xinput also maintains the Rumble on the controller,

XBCD drivers are drivers originally made to run modified xbox controls on PC's using Dinput

the 360 patch allows XBCD to install on 360 controls, and be able to run rumble etc.

you can get these here
http://bragatel.pt/Timerever/xbcd360-winxp-0.2.5.zip

it installs a special configurator app, and will allow you to set rumble options in the nrage plugin (not sure about jabo's)
