Trouble Running MVC2

I have daemon tools and I mount the image to K: configured it, loaded up the program, it opens up a screen to set the date and time, does this twice, the restarts and continues to ask me to do the date and time. When I unmount the image and try it the dreamcast says please insert disk. What am I doing wrong?

You have a corrupt Dc_flash.bin. Find a replacement.

Of course the Dreamcast BIOS says "Please Insert Disc" if you've unmounted the image from the drive.
