Rice Video Widescreen problems

I'm using Rice's Video plugin on a widescreen monitor and I can't stop the image from being stretched. Before I downloaded the plugin I had the black bars on the sides, but now all the options are different. I can't change the plugin because I'm using it for textures in No Mercy. Anybody know what to do? Thanks.
