It says that my Direct3D failed to intilize my HAL device (?) and to check if my 3D graphic card is configured to my Direct3D.
Does that mean I have to get a new graphics card? OR how do find out what graphics card I have and reconfigure?

What Are Your Specs? Please, PLEASE!!! Always Include Your Specs when you have a problem... This Will Help Determine your Problem....
1) Make sure you got the right DirectX version. Like Jabo's directx6 requires directx 6.0, etc... dx 8.1 is recommended, though.
2) Try to set your color-depth to 16-bit, this might help some users.
3) You graphic card isn't supported by DirectX!
