Good graphics plugin?

I'm currently using Rice Video Plugin 6.1.1 and it gives me... unsatisfying menu graphics for Animal Forest/Crossing (Doubutsu no Mori). Here's a pic:





Anyone know a better Video Plugin? The one that comes with the emulator gives same results. Also, if Rice is the best one, what options should I have on?

hmmm trh setting d3d clear mode to per frame in the jabo graphic plugin options.
