there a plug jabo plug in that lets you put textures in?

just wondering if there a jabo plug in that lets u put textures into games because a fue texture making peps like k-man have said that there not doing texture packs for rice anymore and are moing onto jabo but as far as i know there isnt a jabo plug in with theys features.

i think there are program you run in background and they capture all in the screen in avi (or the final solution, a webcam shooting the screen)
