project64 is the best free emu program but the biggest problem to me is the graphics. flame buffer is very anoining for meit workes at 11fps on 8 completeley diferent pc's of diferent should increce

In PJ64, go to: Options->Configure Graphics Plugin->Advanced. Uncheck "Copy framebuffer to RDRAM".
If you have a recent video card (GeForce 5+ or Radeon 9+, I think), then you should try the new version of Glide64. It does framebuffer effects quite fast, and very nicely, especially with Mupen64.My Site
