Full screen flickering

Why does the screen always flicker when I have the frame skip on when it is in full screen? and how can I fix this?

dunno i dont use it but i think its a frame buffer problem
i think in the frame buffer menu you can choose copy mode or flip mode for frame buffer update... change it i think it can help (it work on rice beta10) or it frameskip prob

The Skip frame option in Rice's Video / Rice's Daedalus is known to be a cause of flickering. It is stated in the tooltip for the option.
