On the second level, when i get to the helepad it says "objective 5 completed" and freezes me in place, but the jumpship never arrives and the level doesnt end.
What's going on?

Whoops sorry I mean the end of the third level.
Ok - problem soloved. For some reason ending the level with inifinite health turned on has this effect. I turned off the cheat before I finished the level and it works fine.
Actually, I have had this problem too and I had no cheats activated. PD seems to freeze on me when a level starts or ends. Sometimes the ship comes, sometimes it don't..exact same settings too. A shame too, since PD is like really really fun. Have you been able to run it problem free? How far in game have you gotten?
Well I haven't had any more problems like that. However the game does seem to freeze about once every 10 minutes for no apparent reason. I quicksave often and a quick tap of F7 solves the problem for me and I just do the last bit again. The game never seems to freeze in the same place twice.
Anyway I am playing on Perfect Agent with N64 controller / USB adaptor (not adaptoid). I am currently on the Pellagic II level, done most of the objectives but I can't seem to find Elvis..
Known issue. But it's less likely to occur under 1964. This problem seems to occur the most under Project64.Originally Posted by AlexAR
The symptom usually goes like this:
It locks up when at a level loading screen. It's usually fine once I'm in a level. When the lock up occurs, the music is still playing.

Yup, I just started playing Perfect Dark on 1964 9.9 now, and I haven't had any crashes at all. I'm at the Villa Level. Everyday I'm liking 1964 more and more then PJ64.Originally Posted by RJARRRPCGP
