Final Fantasy X-2 - Stable atlast.

Refraction has been working on PCSX2's counters for sometime now and recently (infact a couple of days after 0.9.1 came out, how cruel is this

), resolved serious issues with them. These fixes make Final Fantasy X / X-2 'stable'.

This is to say they no longer pause for eons, randonly freeze, or enter infinite loops when 'speech' occurs. Alas video (IPU) remains an utterly evil problem and keeps FFX to Ingame status, however with the existing 'skip videos' patch for FFX-2, the game becomes Playable with an avg FPS of 15.
