Perfect Dark - 'Picked up Something' Message

Whilst playing Deep Sea level with the Walk Through Walls cheat enabled, on Perfect Dark difficulty, I found that if you go through the walls to where you normally have to use farsight to shoot the last two glowing.. power things, whatever they are, then it says that you've 'Picked up Something' when you walk in there. Having checked my inventory, there's nothing there though...Any ideas what this is all about? Screenshot attached.
