Graphics error

This graphics error thingy pops up frequently during certain games making them nearly unplayable. Here's Exactly what it says:
Access Violation
While processing graphics data an exception occured, you may need to restart emulator



Restarting it doesn't work and although my PC isn't a gaming PC it's only a year or 2 old....and some games work. The biggest offenders when it comes to the graphics error thingy are the AKI wrestling games. Help would be greatly appreciated due to me not being very tech savvy...

Try updating your graphics card drivers, maybe that will help and reinstalling pj64.
