Virtua tennis 2 - stuttering issues?

I get anywhere between 30-60 fps. The game sometimes locks up for like 1 sec then goes back to playing.



Are there any tips to make this go faster?

I have a 3200 x2 processor 2 gigs of ram and a 7900 GTX

Any advice?

Overclock/underclock the Dreamcast CPU with +/- and see if that makes a difference.
