I'd heard word of a plug in for extracting 3d models from N64 Roms. This is just something I heard about so I don't know to much of its legitimacy. If there isn't one sorry to waste your time reading this, but if there is would some one be able to point me in the right direction of something like this.

Nemu can handle that ,I think.
It can export 3D models to *.wrl files or vrlm worlds

Yep that's legit. Though they don't come out very pretty. Here's link on his horse (I deleted everything else that was in the scene)
