Problem with Bomberman 64 Second attack

I have been playing bomberman 64 2, and sometimes i had an strange problem with my controller, suddenly it stop working, but not al buttons or Sticks, only for left and right, i don´t know why it happens. It only happens in this game, Can someone give me a solution? or is a issue of the emulator or plugin BTW i´m using these plugins Video Jabo´s direct 3D8 1.6 Audio Jabo´s Direct Sound 1.6 Controller N-rage´s Direct-input8 V2 1.80a, and i also i have tried with the version 1.83

Haha! This happens to me all the time! Just configure your controller to the D-pad and you'll fix it (you're using the analog, right?).
