So I have this problem with KotOR 1 and 2

Why is it that on Half Life 2, a highly superior game graphically speaking, I can have my Anti-Aliasing and Anistropic Filtering maxed out, but on the KotORs it chokes when I have them less than halfway up, paticularly on Dantooine? This bugs the crap outta me...

it's a bug with ati graphic card.
there is a solution with kotor 1, you have to change a thing in the .ini file like vertex shader = off, a stuff like that, i dont remember well and i dont have the game installed anymore.

i didn't find any way to change in a better way kotor 2.

Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1 in the swkotor.ini file, under the Graphics section.

    That may help.

I believe that there is a patch for each game, also pays to visit www.guru3d.com and get some modded drivers, DHZeroPoint are a very nice set of drivers.

I got the Omega driver, and I have never seen this game look so good. Thanks a lot!
