    quick question

is it possible for a frame skip function to actually work with the emulator or is it not possible due to the actual bottleneck being the emulation itself? just kinda wondering.

ps:by frame skipping, im not talking about automatic because i know the current emulation itself would prolly be too slow for that to do anything, im talking about every 1 frame, 2 frames, etc.... my understanding is that the bottleneck now is the emulation itself, just thought i'd make sure.

Frameskipping would do almost nothing to improve the fps, since it is not the graphics emulation that is causing the slowdown in Dolphin.
