help!textures in paper mario

I downloaded high textures for paper mario and i dont see any change in the game,i didi all right i have project 64 1.6 and rice video plugin with option to load hi textures,please help me, thanks!!!

Do you have the texture packs in the right folder?

I put the texture folder in the plugin folder

you may not have the right game version as in
the (U) version, (E) version, or (J) version of the game

i do not know which version of the game is right
you'll have to check that out
