    Dreamcast CPU over/underclocking

I'm not sure if I am doing it right. Nothing seems to change when I use - or +. Most games run around 30 fps and I know my system can handle it. Video card is a GeForce FX 5600XT and processor is Pentium 4 3GHz.

For some games, the max speed is 30fps. Most likely you're games are ones with 30fps as the max.

well I am pretty sure I should be getting more fps for powerstone2. Everything is pretty slow but it doesn't seem like over/underclocking is working. I just hit - or + when I first load up the emulator?

Each time you hit plus or minus it changes by 1%. Use the show stats option to figure out what your over/underclocking % is.

Every time you load Chankast it resets to so don't forget to do it again.
