help on DOA, i've tried everything :'(

Hi, i'm new here, just started to emulate dc and desperately need help

all i want to play on DC is DOA2 LE, heres my problem

i've thoroughly looked over everything there is about emulating this game, maybe its bad luck? but i can't get it to work
I've spent days trying to get this to work,

deamon 3.29 is installed, used binhack and fastboot to create CDI,
mounted the CDI to daemon, i can see files in the virtual drive

but chanka 0.2a crashes after SEGA logo. wont respond.
I've tried this with every version of chanka, 0.25, 0.2a, 0.2
i've tried setting the video to ntsc with no luck
i've also tried that exoskeletor selfboot program 1.1 to create a bootimage and still crashes.



What do I do? please, help, I really miss this game and i want to play it again..... i'm thinking my 1st_read and ip.bin files are not hacked correctly,

i finally got it working thanks to that revived thread with the posted 1st_read file

one of the problems was that deamon 3.29 always crashes my computer when i install it. so thats not an option. what i did was burn the hacked cdi using disk juggler and that ran on chank
then i made an image mds using nero.

Hi I got a damn annoying Problem:

I cant Play DOA2LE ( oh no !!! not the next one T.T ) ^^
i got this version:
DC - Dead or Alive 2 LE(self)(CDI)



MY SYSTEM:

Windows XP HOME SP2
P4 2600 MHZ
1GB DDR 400 Ram
GF 6800
Using Firefox


EMULATOR (i have some things i forgot what the're for ^^)

i have Chankast Alpha 0.2a and Chankast Alpha 0.25
i have a:
dc_Bios.bin
dc_flash.bin
vms.bin
vmsbrowser.exe
and some other stuffs maybe ill post a screenshot later

FOR DOA2 LE:

I have a correnct IP.BIN (i think its correct it wasnt on the CDI as expected) and a 1st_read.bin on the disk

i have fastboot and
ExoBoot_v1_30

and i have Dameon Tools v3.29



What did i do ?
I mounted image.cgi (DOA2le) in F:
and started chanka 0.2a and 0.25 didnt work
stucks after squeezed Sega Logo in BLACK Screen ( the name of the CDI is Doa2LE(self ) self ? hmm )

ok then i copied all files to D:\FASTBOOT\DATA
cut the 1st_read.bin and pasted it in D:\FASTBOOT
added my IP.bin to D:\FASTBOOT

then i used binhack and typed this in:

Enter name of binary: 1st_read.bin
Enter name of bootsector: ip.bin
Enter msinfo value: 0,0

then i put both files to D:\Fastboot\DATA
and used b2b_game.bat

i mounted the CDI and nothing changes.

I was reading something about deleting all before 0x0000f or something like that whats this about???

NOW MY OTHER PROBLEM
i was reading some other threads and found sollutions BUT every time im clicking on the link to (for example) the 1st_read.bin and IP.bin or other sollutions im landing at the HOME of this forum or the files aren't there.

so can someone send me this Files via E-Mail or help me with my Problens here ???

Hope its not too annoying answering all questions 100 times.

Hey mate,

I've attached the both necessary boot bins to make DOA2LE playable with Chankast (1ST_BOOT and IP.BIN). Extract all contents of your CD to any folder, replace the boot bins with the ones found in my attached archive and run ExoBoot and create a selfboot image with it.

Should work like a charm.

I'm using Euro as Regionsetting as well as NTSC as Cable setting.
