how to Play Gamecube & N64 Through your pc (not by emulating)???

I've been trying to do this for 4 years (with N64 and now with GC)..

Okay so maybe you can help me. I've always wanted to play all my systems on my computer(playstation n64, gc, sega). I never really wanted to use Emulators. I wanted to find a way to Connect my systems to my computer & Play them. Example: I bought an ATI AIW x800 xt because I heard that it was a nice graphics card to have and that it had "video input" So what I did was I connected my Gamecube to the Video input.. and I tried to play the game.. But it was delayed by a couple seconds.. Like I would push the over button on the controller, and my character on the game wouldn't move for two seconds becuase of the delay...

I guess I'm what I'm trying to ask is is there anyway to play Gamecube or Nitendo 64 through your computer or through a video input in your comupter withou having a delay?? (And I don't want to just plug it in to my monitor.. I wanted to actually try having it go through a video in in the back of my computer or something....)

Try that..I can't remember if it supports the AIW cards, but I think it can if you select Dshow as the source. You can check their support forums for more help.

I have a separate video input card in my PC and I play all my consoles through it just fine using DScaler.
    Nothing can stop me now.

What Catalyst and MMC version are you using? Make sure you have TV-on-demand OFF (it causes a delay) as well as recording off.

hey, i just got an x800xt all in wonder and was also excited about playing my gamecube on my monitor, but after hooking it all up i instantly noticed the delay in controls which you mentioned experiencing. then it seemed your problem was fixed all of a sudden with no explanation. was there nothing you did that you could tell me to help? i want to play my nintendo and i'm pleased with the image, but the delay is horrible...

zAlbee, aren't the recording and tv-on-demand options off by default? or by off do you mean not engaged? i'm not recording or using on demand but the delay is still there..
is there a way to disable these options so i can have quicker response [which would probably have the buttons grayed out]? i'm pretty sure i have the latest catalyst and mmc unless they've updated within the last few days...
    any help is much appreciated!
