Top Gear Overdrive. [read too much, work too less]

I spent some hours, trying to make this game Works
But no sucess =/
Dont anyone can give me a help here?
I tried Manyy thinks, and read many topics! but still no sucess.
I trying 1964, with plug ins of the pic.
Apollo? Never Worked for me, even with no sound. [no one game]
Than i have another emulators. But not better than 1964 =/.
So can someone help me?
