Could They run on a console!?

With all of the dreamcast Emulators you see (speaking of playing genesis/SNES on DC that is) I was wondering, would it be possible to see a project like chankast come to a system? Perhaps the xbox360, as it is the most current and most powerful of the consoles.. I do suppose you would need a method for booting said emu, but its a neat idea to think about atleast.

It's already in works for the Xbox, and as of now, they almost have it full speed.
