    Help with plug ins

    hello- i downloaded rice's new video plug in like four times- but i still dont have it as an option for a video plug in when i try to set it for default use- i'm not to good with computers so it may be something rediculously simple- but could someone please help

    -What video plugin are you using?
    -Are there any GS codes on?
    -Are you using the latest RDB?
    -Is your ROM a good version? Get GoodN64 and GoodWindows and scan your ROM
