Question majora's mask trouble- new user help please!

Hi I'm new with these emu's. I'm currently playing majora's mask on 1964 and my attack button is sort of blurry and I can't see through the lens in the astronomical observatory.
    Are my settings wrong?

    Could anyone help me please??

my video was weird, it ran pretty smooth, but there were large pieces of the environment missing (walls, ground) I uprgraded the video plugin, but now the sound is crap (the video slowed down a lot too). Can someone give me step by step instructions on what driver or how to increase performance for a slow machine?
    my emulator
    1964
    video GlN64v0.4.1
    azimer's audio v.20b (driver rev 1.1)
hacktarux/azimer hle rsp plugin (can't configure like mentioned in the HOW TO best sound for a slow machine when using the RSP thread, when I selct RSP settings, NOTHING COMES UP!)

EDIT: got the game running fast (laggy, but that's OK!) graphics look great, now all that needs to get fixed is the sound, I'll check out the stickied thread but if anyone can help me out please do so!)

    My System
    Processor: Intel Pentium III 602MHz
Graphics Card: ATI RADEON 9000 Series
    Memory: 384MB
    Free Disk Space: 57.31GB
    Optical Drive: CD/DVD
    Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

    thanks for any help
