Serious rom help

Hi when i play majoras mask the sky is red the a icon text is black, the deku link bubbles are white east clock town is white, water is white, there are no clouds in the sky, and alot of things are miscolored. I have used jabos 3d8, 3d7, 3d6 and all. I used rices plugin but everything flashes around,the a text is too white,the sky is greyish blue,the ground in ikana is white and it's horrably choppy. When i use nemu it doesn't play. On ocarina of time everything is fine exept zoras domain,volvagia,a icon,and death mountain lava. I use rice and it gets worse.
RGB mode slows it down.
