Another Mega Man 64 problem

I have a problem wiht Mega Man 64. I have just defeated the boss, the one where he is yelling to CLOSE THE HATCH!" and Roll is telling Mega Man to go see the mayor at City Hall. After there is a cutscene and when the scene is over, after you see the paper airplane fly across the table, the screen goes dark and thats all you see. Nothing happens. What is the problem? Thanks.

i dunno what is it but sometimes it happens, if u save before some cutscenes u can always load and pass it ^^

Or just simply press start to make the cutscene stop.
