Umm What Plug-in are you using?
Into this mysterious universe we are born, with no apparent set of instructions, no maps or equations, no signs or guideposts, nothing but our equally unfathomable instincts, intuitions, and reasoning abilities to tell us where we came from, why we are here, and what we are supposed to do. What we do possess - perhaps it is the key to our survival as a species - is an almost unquenchable need to know

Sorry I'm sorta new to the emulators thing. Plugins? Do you mean:

    Rice's Deadalus 5.2.0
    schibo's Audio Plugin 1.2
    N-Rage's Direct-Input8 V2 1.80a

    try updating your video plugin.

    Here is Rice's 6.1.1 beta10

    It worked fine for me.

This is a silly question, but how do I update the video plugin after I downloaded the file?

bmglib.dll goes into the folder where 1964.exe is.

Ricevideo.dll goes into the plugin folder.

Just extract them directly to the folder or copy and paste them from wherever you extracted them from.
