format .blo

Anyone figuere out how to edit .blo files? (.blo viewer). example .blo file attached

.blo files are used for HUD layout in sunshine and windwaker...I had some success reading them (see somewhere in the szs thread), but the reader is not finished.

when you open up the file youll see that it looks like the actual graphic is stored as a cfs file. How does that work
