VBA incompatibility with sound driver

Hi guys, im having a problem here since i removed a voice modem driver... the standard sound driver now is nforce 5.10.2917.0, but the sound of vba is terrible, in no$gba is perfect.... there is some incompatibility between the emulator and the driver?

Try to adjust your settings as below:

(1) try to turn on "emulator->synchronize",
(2) set "frame skip->throttle->no throttle"
(3) and "Sound->44 Khz"

and maybe it will help.

these configs were already marked... ive made it again just to be sure.. without success...
