Hmmm. Seems to be some new sound stuff.

I've just tried Exhumed with it and it's pretty fast.
    Thanks!

So....is this emu pretty much full speed for most games on high end machines? How do games like Sega Rally and Daytona USA run?

Seems really compatible, runs well, though still lacks window settings (resolution), though their probably trying to get runability before customizability.

its still alpha, i guess when compatility is good enough then the interface must have some serious facelift and more option especially more resoltion and perhaps an opengl-renderer for mor speed!

P.S. how is the compatibility right know in % ?

It averages at 93% with some decimals. Which is pretty good.

    SH2 emulator 100%
    68000 emulator 100%
    VDP1 block 100%
    VDP2 block 90%
    SCU block 100%
    SMPC block 100%
    SCSP block 70%
    CD block 85%

    From website.

Fortunatly you dont need to be able to read Japanese as the menu's are all in English, also if its an English bios you're using you wont see any Japanese, I have the Jap one so if you have one thats not your language go to the second option on the main saturn menu & select your language. The bios can go anywhere really, the emu will prompt you to enter its location when you start up, it will then close after you've entered it & whatever other settings you want to change saving the bios location info etc.. start it up again & you're ready to go

Go to your SSF folder, and go in the folder "Messages". Open "default with a text editor, and switch the location of japanese and english. Now all the menus will be in english.
