Newbie problems

I really hate to sound stupid and all, but I thought I was very smart when it comes to computers, but when I come on this site, I notice I am far from it. Ya'll talk about stuff I never heard of. But anyways about my problem, I have been playing emulators for quite some time now, but still new to the 64 Emulator, so when I start it up to play a game, there are no plugins put into it. I tried using the drop down, but there is nothing there. I think that there is none installed, but my GBA emulator works just fine. And when I clicked download plugins online, it brought me to this site, but it was under downloads and said I was forbidden to access it, so I registered and tried it again and it still says that I am forbidden to access that page, so now I have no idea on what to do.

Re-Install the Emu and Download from this site... : http://1964emu.emulation64.com/download.htm
an Install...when after that problem is then get on the page all plugins...

What are your computer specs? We need to know what kind of gfx card u have, what speed your processor is, and how much ram u have. To find this go to run and then type "dxdiag" without the quotes and tell us what it says on processor and memory. Also click on the display tab and tell us what it says for your video card.
