Where can I find the option to uncheck Raw Data so I don't get my "No Controller" popup in Majora's Mask?

I suppose that you are using the default plugin.

Plugins--Input settings:

In "controller 1", "plugged" must be checked.
If you go to "controller pack", you will find the "raw data" option... but this option checked will not cause the "no controller" message to appear (this game doesn't use mempack, so the controller pack options mean nothing, I think).
