PSP Emulator Announced for the PC and Xbox

My buddy wraggster has just informed me on IRC about a PSP emulator that was announced for both the PC and Xbox. Matt Farrow is the one developing the project and plans on an October release. Here is the list of features so far.

heard about this on xbox scene, i'm finding it hard to believe especially it being so multiplatform and having an xbox version when the xbox isn't fast enough to emulate it traditionally unless its high level emulation
