Super Robot Spirits Rom Problem

Uhm I always receive an error message when I'm starting to load Super Robot Spirits rom. It's a japanese game. The error says "cannot read microcode" is that because of incompatible rom format or something. I would really appreciate your. Help. Thank you very Much

You can check the rom's extension (v64, z64, n64, ect) or try a different emulator.
