Joystick I wonder if it is possible..

Game Boy Advance emulators evolved through the years and now is possible to play a bunch of already realesed games and new coming games. Also, is already possible to link up and use the wireless adapter. But I was wondering if it is or will be possible to emulate the e-Reader features. Afaik, games like Pokemon uses the e-Reader and special cards to unlock secrets and new pokemons. Yeah, you can get them using Game Shark, but would be surely cool if you unlock them using a "card" (of course, I mean it *like* a patch). Is it possible?

    It's possible

You get the E-Reader rom, and the E-Reader cards (they're saved as .sav)

Then in VBA when the E-Reader rom is loaded, you go to: File -> Import -> Battery File, and then you select the card you wanna play and bingo! However I'm not sure if you can use it to unlock stuff

Huuum, yeh, thanks for the news. But the game cards are .sav files? And they're already dumped? (and no, I'm not asking where to them )

Yeah, they're dumped. The cards are apparently 128kb per file.
